清宁胶囊治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘60例

摘　　要：目的:观察清宁胶囊治疗胸腰椎骨折后腹胀便秘的临床疗效。方法:对胸腰椎骨折后并发腹胀便秘的60例患者,用院内制剂清宁胶囊治疗。结果:显效52例,占86.67%;有效6例,占10.00%;无效2例,占3.33%;总有效率96.67%。结论:清宁胶囊对胸腰椎压缩性骨折早期并发腹胀便秘具有较好的治疗作用。Objective： To approach clinical effects of QingNing capsule in treating thoracolumbar fractures complicated with abdominal distention and constipation. Method： A total of 60 patients were treated with QingNing capsules. Result： All 52 cases improved markedly and reached 86.67%; six cases effective and 10.00%; two cases ineffective and 3.33%; total effective rate were 96.67%. Conclusion： QingNing capsule has better curative effects in the treatment for thoracolumbar fracture complicated with abdominal distention and constipation.
