摘  要:Bunsen反应器是一种有效的二氧化硫脱除的先进设备。本文针对实验室小试中Bunsen反应器的设计工作提出了反应器适用类型及其主要工作参数,讨论了填料塔塔径、传质单元数、传质系数等操作参数的计算方法,依据实际运行试验获得的烟气脱硫率结果计算了设计偏差值,为采用填料塔类Bunsen反应器实现烟气脱硫提供了理论依据。Bunsen reactor is a kind of advanced equipment for flue gas desulfurization. The main parameters of Bunsen reactor were put forward and calculated in the present paper, which included the diameter of packing column, the number of mass transfer units and mass transfer coefficient etc. The deviation was calculated according to the results of real operation test, which provided the theoretical basis for the design of packing column for flue gas desulfurization by Bunsen reactor.
