摘  要:变压器油中溶解气体的现场处理一般都采用真空滤油的脱气方法,但很难彻底清除,会对色谱分析故障判断产生干扰。给出故障判断原理与方法,结合实例阐述了脱气对色谱分析的影响,实践表明,处理后吸附在变压器内部固体材料中的特征气体会重新释放到油中,从而影响变压器恢复运行后的色谱分析故障判断。Gas-dissolved site treatment in transformer oil generally adopts vacuum oil-filtering degas method, but it is difficult to clean out thoroughly, which will interfere the fault judgment of chromatogram analysis. This paper gave the principle and method of fault judgment, combining with an example to set forth the impact of degas on chromatogram analysis. Practice shows that after treatment, the characteristic gas attached on transformer inner solid materials will dissolve into oil again, thus to have impacts on chromatogram analysis for fault judgment after transformers recover in operation.
