摘　　要：随着计算机技术应用于档案管理中的趋势不断显著,给电子文件管理既带来管理理念创新的机遇同时,也带来信息安全风险的挑战。电子文件管理中存在的信息安全问题越来越受到关注,在档案业务管理机构和理论研究领域引起热论。试从电子文件的特点来分析电子文件风险的成因及对电子文件进行风险管理的手段。With the application of computer technology in archives management of the growing trend, to the electronic document manage- ment has already brought the management idea innovation opportunity while, also bring challenges to information security risk.Electronic file management of information security is becoming more and more important, in the archives management mechanism and the theoretical research in the field caused by heat.This paper tries to analyze the characteristics of electronic documents electronic files risk causes and risk management for electronic documents means.
