摘　　要：自杀式恐怖主义活动是体现恐怖主义活动的最极端、对公众心理冲击最强烈的一种外在表现形式。自杀性恐怖主义犯罪是指在某些极端信念或意识形态支配下的组织或个人对不特定的对象使用同归于尽的方式相威胁,以恐吓政府、要挟社会,制造恐慌,实现政治或社会目的的行为或理论体系。其主要特征是,除具有一般恐怖主义犯罪的特征外,它是通过杀死攻击者自身的方式来达到接近或成功袭击所选目标的目的。Dutch act type terrorism is terrorism, the most extreme psychological impact on the public most strongly a form.Dutch act of ter- rorism is defined in some extreme faith or ideology under the control of the organization or individual not specific to the object using the perish together way threat to intimidate, threaten the government, society, creating panic, to achieve a political or social purpose of behavior or theoretical system.Its main feature is that, besides having the characteristics of terrorism in general, it is by killing the attacker＇s way to achieve close to or successful attack selected target.
