丹参佐治手足口病合并心肌损害的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参佐治手足口病合并心肌损害的临床疗效。方法治疗组62例采用丹参辅佐西医联合治疗,对照组58例单纯用西医治疗。结果丹参辅佐西医联合治疗时能明显提高治疗有效率,降低心肌酶、肌钙蛋白、改善临床症状及体征。结论丹参佐治手足口病合并心肌损害确有明显疗效,值得临床运用。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza in the treatment of HFMD combined with cardiac damage. Methods 62 patients in the treatment group were treated with Saliva miltiorrhiza and conventional therapy, and the 58 patients in the controt group only treated with conventional therapy. Results Salvia miltiorrhiza could enhance the effective power, decrease the myo-creatase and improve the clinical symtem. Conclusions The curative effect with Salvia miltiorrhiza to the HFMD complicating cardiac damage is manifest, and can be applied in clinic practice widely.
