锰对青杨雌雄叶片气孔分布及生理特征的影响

摘  要:以青杨雌雄植株为对象,研究锰元素(1.0mg.kg-1)处理下其气体交换、叶绿素含量及气孔特征的差异.结果表明:与对照相比,锰元素处理后青杨雌雄植株的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)和气孔限制值(LS)增高,雄株的叶绿素b(Chl b)和叶绿素总量(Chl a+b)上升,气孔宽度(SW)、面积(SA)和周长(SL)增大,气孔数目(SD)和气孔长度(SL)减小,雌株的叶绿素a(Chl a)、Chl b、类胡萝卜素(Chl x)和Chl a+b均降低,而气孔密度、长度、宽度及周长和面积则增大.与雄株相比,无论是对照还是锰处理,雌株的Pn、Ci、Ls、SD都较高,雌雄间性别差异显著.The stomal distribution, chlorophyll content and stomata characters of male and female Populus cathayana were studied under the treatment by manganses ( 1.0mg. kg-1 ). The resutlts showed that the leaes of Populus eathayarta both in male and female treated by manganese were bigger than the control group. Compared with the control group, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and stomatal limitation values (Ls) of the male and female individuals increased significantly, the chlorophyll b( Chl b) of the males and total chlorophyll( Chl a + b) were significantly higher; the stomatal width (SW) and stomatal girth (SG) and stomatal area (SA) increased, the stomatal density (SD) and stomatal length (SL) reduced. While the Chlorophyll a ( Chl a) and Chl b and Carolenoid( Chl x) and Chl a + b content of the females had decreased, but SD,SW,SL, SA and SG had increaded. Both in the control group and with the manganese treatment, the Pn and Ci and Ls and SD in females were higher than those of the males. So, there were significant difference on male and female P. eathayana.
