我国体育经济专业人才培养现状分析与对策

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料、实证调查、专家访谈等方法,从人才培养模式、培养目标、课程设置等方面,对我国体育经济专业人才培养状况进行分析.研究结果显示:我国体育经济专业人才培养的规模不断扩大,呈现上升的势头,但同时也存在培养模式定位不准确、培养目标不明确、课程设置不科学等一系列问题.在此基础上,提出转变观念形成先进的体育经济专业办学理念、整合资源;构建科学人才培养体系、确立目标;培养复合应用型人才和优化结构;确保人才培养质量等4个方面的建议和对策.The article, using the methods such as literature research, empirical investigation and expert interview, analyzed China＇s present situation of the training of professional personnel in sports economics from the aspects such as the training mode, training target and course setting. The study shows that in China the scale of the personnel training is being enlarged unceasingly, but there are still some problems such as the inexact positioning of the training mode, vagueness of the training target and unscientific setting of the courses. In order to solve these problems, the article puts forward the following countermeasures： changing the old concept to form advanced new concept of opening the sports economics major, integrating the resources to construct a scientific system of personnel training, setting goals to train compound and applied personnel, and optimizing the structure to ensure the quality of personnel training.
