摘　　要：传统有机化学实验教学关注基本操作训练,但忽视了科研素质的培养.针对这种不足,引入设计性有机实验,通过文献检索、实验方案设计和综合实验操作可以全面培养学生的科研素质.In traditional organic chemistry experiment courses, students learned the basic operations. The training of research capability was neglected. Student-planned organic experiment courses was introduced to compensate for the deficiency in organic chemistry experiment. Students＇ research capability can be trained in literature search and retrieval, experimental scheme design and comprehensive experimental operations.
