摘　　要：通过对陕西省五所高校250名文秘(教育)专业学生进行文秘方向实训及文秘专业人才培养情况的问卷调查,数据统计结果显示当前高校文秘(教育)专业人才培养正在不断趋于完善,但相应的问题也凸显出来,如学生专业认知程度低,学校对实训的重视程度不够,实训设备陈旧,模拟实训比重低等问题。对上述问题进行深入分析,继而提出一些解决建议。With the questionnaire of 250majors of secretarial, the cultivation and the practicing teaching of talents in secretarial major has being perfected. The statistic data indicates that there are some problems in the secretarial teaching , such as the low cognition of the secretarial major , less attention paid to the practical teaching and the low ratio between secretarial curriculum and the practical training course. The paper put forward some suggestions to solve the problems mentioned - above.
