摘　　要：戴震虽然没有系统的语法学专著问世,但他对语法问题多有意会。他的训诂学专著《方言疏证》中有较强的词性观念和构词观念。戴震的语法观念经其弟子的继承发展,对第一本语法专书《马氏文通》的写作启发甚大。Although Dai Zhen didn＇t get a systematic grammar book published, he had a deep into grammatical problems. In his work of critical interpretation of ancient texts Dialects Explanation, are concepts of part of speech and word formation. Through the development of his students, Dai grammar concepts have greatly inspired the appearance of the first grammar book Ma Shi Wen Tong.
