摘　　要：作为国际经济大家庭中重要的一员，二十国集团（简称G20）已在全球经济增长中扮演愈来愈重要的角色。在国际金融危机的影响下，全球科技与创新能力竞争呈现出新的发展趋势．全球经济结构将进入到一个新的调整时期。如何重塑G20集团经济增长动力，雄动世界经济复苏，需要G20集团各成贡国加紧抢抓全球科技创新机遇，积极迎接新一轮科技革命，显著提升国家创新竞争力，争取把握在全球创新格局中的主动权。本文分析了国家创新竞争力的内涵及构成要素，阐释了提升国家创新竞争力是G20集团重塑经济增长的战略选择，结合课题组所构建的国家创新竞争力指标评价体系，并根据指标评价结果论证了G20集团国家创新竞争力与经济增长之间存在着显著的正向关系，进而提出了相应的战略取向及其建议。As a member of the community of nations, the Group of Twenty （referred to as G20） has played an increasingly important role in global economic growth. Under the impact of international financial crisis, competition in global technology and innovation capacity is presenting new trends, and the global e- conomic structure will get into a new period of adjustment. How to restore the momentum of G20 economic growth and facilitate the recovery of world economy＇？. The G20 member states must step up to seize the global science and technology innovation opportunities and embrace a new round of world revolution in sci- ence and technology actively, in order to upgrade the national innovation competitiveness and strive for the initiative in the global innovation. This paper analyzes the connotation and elements of the national innova- tion competitiveness, and then interprets that upgrading the national innovation competitiveness is a strate- gic choice of the G20 to reshape its economic growth. There is a significant positive relationship between the national innovation competitiveness of G20 and their economic growth concluded from the evaluation results of the evaluation system of national innovation and competitiveness which is founded by our research group. At last, the strategic orientation and some policy suggestions are put forward in this paper.
