摘　　要：目前,我国网络论坛发展迅速。从核心要素上,网络论坛拥有一定数量的参与者,一定的公共空间,能够形成公共舆论,具备了公共领域的基本特征。但在实际运行中,其公共功能并未完全实现,这就在一定程度上蕴含着意识形态风险。为此,应培育论坛意见领袖,在论辩的关键环节激发参与者的公共理性,从而扩大主流意识形态认同。同时,注重把握网络水军的舆论动向,引导其为主流意识形态服务。进而,加快主流话语的复制速度,使其在网络论坛中不断扩散,尽快占领这一新的意识形态阵地。At present, the network forum develops rapidly in China. With a number of participants, in some public space where public opinion can be formed, the network forum has the basic characteristics of public domain. But in actual operation, its public functions are not implemented fully, which contains ideological risks to a certain extent. For this, opinion leaders should be trained on forum, who could excite public reasonality at critical moment in order to expand the identity of the mainstream ideology. At the same time, we should make the network Navy serve for the mainstream ideology. Further, the copying speed of the mainstream discourse, diffusing constantiy on network forum, should be accelerated, for the purpose of occuping the new ideological field as soon as possible.
