摘　　要：通过总结医生在学习结肠镜操作中存在的困难,并对其进行客观分析,针对目前存在的困难提出解决方案,达到提高肠镜操作水平的目的,为培养全面型内镜医生提供参考和指导。This present study analyze the difficulties in the training of young doctors to perform colonoscopy and provide our experience to solve these difficulties, and the aim of this paper is to im-prove the techniques of young colonoscopist and help the training of well-rounded endoscopist.
