摘 要:高性能空心玻璃微珠(GB)填充PP基复合材料可降低PP基体的密度,实现轻量化。文章采用侧喂料的加工方式加入高性能空心玻璃微珠,研究PP基材的配比和GB质量分数对复合材料性能和微观结构的影响,并进行了样件试制。结果表明,随着GB质量分数的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲模量和MFR降低;缺口冲击强度先增大后减少。PP原料中K8003的质量分数为20%、GB质量分数为10%时,复合材料的各项性能是最优的。玻璃微珠在侧喂料的加工方式下能够保持良好的球形结构和不破裂,实现轻量化12%。The filling of high performance hollow glass bead(GB) can decrease the density of polypro- pylene(PP), which is of benefit for the lightweight of composites. In this paper, the influence of dif- ferent PP ratio and GB content on the properties and microstructure of composites was investigated based on the high performance hollow GB added by the side feeding method. And the pilot sample was also processed. It is shown that the tensile strength, flexural modulus and melt mass-flow rate(MFR) of composites decrease with the increase of GB content. However the notch impact strength of com- posites increases firstly with the increase of GB content, and then decreases. The optimal content of K8003 in PP and that of GB is 20% and 10% respectively. The spherical structure of GB remains and does not break by using the side feeding method, and the object of 12% lightweight is achieved.
