摘  要:"粮价是百价之基",是实行粮食统购统销计划经济时期的一个历史概念,现在粮价仅占消费价格总指数的5%。提出要突破传统思维定势,科学认识粮价在现实经济中的地位和作用,切实改善宏观调控,扎实服务"三农",以维护城乡消费者的利益和保障国家粮食安全。"Food prices were the basis of a variety of commodity prices", which was a concept of history during the period of planned economy when Grain Unified Purchase and Sale was implemented in China. Now food prices account for only 5% of CPI. The paper moves that the traditional mindset be broken through to scientifically understand the status and role of food prices in the present economy and that macroeconomic regulation and control be improved effectively and the countryside, farming and farmers be served solidly in order to safeguard the interests of the urban and rural consumers and protect the national food security.
