摘　　要：介绍香港的院舍照顾服务发展的背景和现状,总结香港的院舍照顾服务发展的经验,认为其累积多年的服务经验对于内地养老机构的建设和发展起着一定价值的借鉴作用。The paper discusses the the background and status of the development of institutional care services in Hong Kong and sums up the experience in developing institutional care services. It believes that Hong Kong＇s experience accumulated in these years is of certain value to the construction and development of the mainland pension institutions.
