摘　　要：通过与“油页岩”、“致密油”和“泥岩裂缝性油藏”等资源的对比分析，将石油勘探界的页岩油定义为以页岩为主的页岩层系中所包含的石油资源。通过分析页岩油地质特点，认为页岩油与常规石油资源有较大区别，但与页岩气在地质特征和开发方式方面有很多相似性。页岩油的“甜点”与裂缝发育程度、基质孔隙大小和地层异常压力情况关系密切。在分析鄂尔多斯盆地延长组页岩层系地质特征后认为，该区页岩油与页岩气可能存在共生现象，页岩油资源潜力巨大；中国在页岩油理论研究和勘探实践过程中应借鉴美国成功的理论模型和勘探开发经验，同时根据中美地质条件的差异性探索适合中国地质条件和经济技术水平的页岩油之路。Through the contrasts and analyses of the resources among shale oil, tight oil, muddy fractured oil reservoir and so on, the shale oil in the field of oil exploration is defined as the oil resource included in the shale series of the strata that is mainly characterized by the shale. By the analysis Of the geological properties of the shale oil, the oil is thought to possess rather different distinction from the conventional petroleum resources, but there are still a lot of similarity among the geological properties, development and so forth with the shale gas. There are close relations between the sweet point of the shale oil with fracture development degree, matrix pore size, formation abnormal pressure and so on. After the analyses of the geological properties of Yanchang-Formation series of the strata in Erdos Basin, the coexisting phenomenon between the shale oil and shale gas in the region is thought to maybe occur, the resource potential of the former is huge; in the course of the theoretical studies and explorational practice of China shale oil, American successful theretical models and exploration-development experiences should be used for reference ; at the same time, according to the differences of Sino-American geological conditions, the ways of adaptive Chinese geological conditions and economical technique level are explored in the end.
