摘 要:探讨注采引起的应力应变的扰动及其对套管损坏的影响,为设计合理的注采工艺提供依据。以松辽盆地长垣隆起南部的杏树岗构造开采区为例,对油田开发过程中注采引起的地层压力与应力应变的扰动开展数值模拟研究。模拟结果显示:泥岩层水平应力分布较平稳,差应力和剪切应变增量在注水井附近降低,在采油井附近升高。萨尔图二油层组水平应力在注水井附近升高,在采油井附近降低;差应力和剪切应变增量变化情况较复杂,顶部差应力和剪切应变增量在注水井附近升高,在采油井附近降低;底部变化情况与顶部相反,且变化幅度较小。根据应力应变分布情况,泥岩层采油井发生剪切套损的概率比注水井大;萨尔图二油层组顶部(靠近泥岩层处)发生剪切套损的概率比底部大,且注水井发生剪切套损的概率比采油井大,该结果符合油田实际套损情况。The stress-strain disturbances resulted from age are explored, thus the designing evidences for the ted. Taking the developed block in ple, the numerical simulations are injection and production and their influences on casing dam- reasonable injection-production technologies can be presen- Xingshugang Structure in South Daqing conducted for the disturbances of the Plaeantieline of Songliao Basin as exam- formation pressure and stress & strain caused by the injection and production during the oilfield development. The resuhs show that the horizontal stress of the mudstone is pretty stable, the differential stress and shear strain increment are reduced near the injectors; on the contrary, they are increased around the producers. The horizontal stress of Saertu- H Oil group rises nearby the injectors and drops round the producers ; the changes of the differential stress and shear strain increment are rather complicated, the differential stress on the top and shear strain increment near the injectors rise, they are on the contrary around the producers ; the changes in the bottom are just opposite and moreover the change degree is pretty less. According to the distributions of the stress and strain, the probability of shear casing damage happened in the producers in the mudstone rocks are rather bigger than that in injectors; the probability on the top (close to the mudstone } of Saertu- H Oil group is rather serious than that in the bottom and furthermore the probability of shear casing damage happened in the injectors is bigger than that of the producers, this result is coincident with the actual casing damage of the oilfield
