VF超促周期妇女血清及卵泡液中血管内皮生长因子水平的研究

摘　　要：目的检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)超促排卵周期中不孕妇女血清及卵泡液中的水平。方法收集IVF治疗的187个因输卵管因素年龄24～38岁的不孕妇女在促性腺激素(Gn)注射日、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日的血清和卵泡液,用酶联免疫方法测定VEGF在血清和卵泡液中的水平。结果 HCG日血清VEGF的水平明显高于Gn启动日(135.36±1.87)ng/L与(70.34±1.33)ng/L(P<0.01);随着年龄的增长卵泡液VEGF的水平呈上升趋势(r=0.493,P<0.01)两者呈正相关;获卵数≥20个患者单个卵泡中VEGF的水平低于获卵数≤5个的患者(1299.63±43.70)ng/L与(2460.23±548.45)ng/L,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论随着促排卵过程中卵泡的发育,血清中VEGF的水平明显增多;随着年龄的增加VEGF在卵泡液中的水平明显升高。Objective To study the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor in hlood serum and follicular vascular in vitro fertilization cycles. Methods In 187 infertile female patients under investigation, levels of VEGF in serum and follicular fluid were measured by quantitative ELISA. Results Too high level of follicular VEGF was happened in old women or in some poor reactive in cycle （ r = 0. 493, P 〈 0.01 and 1299.63±43.70 vs. 2460.23± 548.45, P 〉 0.05）. The expression was increased significantly in the ovaries in ovulation induction, and the VEGF was higher in injected HCG day the serum than that in injected Gn day （ 135.36±1.87 vs. 70.34±1.33, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion VEGF might play an important role in blast ocyst development. In response to the deficiency of microcirculation of older ovary, the expression of VEGF was increased significantly in the ovary.
