摘  要:弱势旅游地是在旅游地空间竞争理论的基础上研究和发展起来的,是指在旅游地空间竞争中受到强势旅游地影响的旅游效用较低的旅游地。通过比较分析,盐城旅游业在空间竞争中仍处于弱势地位,如旅游基础设施比较薄弱,资源的保护与开发存在矛盾、旅游资源开发度较低,开发投入不足、资源并存组合欠佳等。因此要促进盐城旅游业的发展,必须采取一些新的发展战略,如错位发展战略、生态旅游战略、品牌战略及区域旅游合作战略等。这样才可以逐步改善盐城在旅游地空间竞争中的弱势地位,使盐城旅游业快速可持续发展。Research and development of the vulnerable tourism place is based on the theory of the spatial competition in tourism places, it refers the lower utility tourism place which is effects by the strong tourism places in the spatial competition of tourism places. Through the comparative analysis, Yancheng' s tourism is still in a weak position in the spatia| competition tourism. Such as the tourism infrastructure is relatively weak, some conflicts exists in the resources of conservation and development, less devel- oped tourism resources and inadequate investment in tourism, poor co - exist combination of resources and so on. To promote the development of tourism in Yaneheng, we must take some development strategies, such as dislocation strategy, ecological tourism strategy, brand strategy, regional cooperation strategy and so on. Only in this way can we gradually improve the weak position of Yancheng tourism in spatial competition, make the Yancheng tourism develop rapidly and sustainably.
