民航飞机“客改货”贯彻国防要求研究

摘　　要：民航飞机是我军航空军事运输的重要力量，在民航客机改装货机时贯彻国防要求有利于节约军费、提高民航飞机动员能力。阐述了民航“客改货”贯彻国防要求的主要内容、主要技术方案设计和相关配套法律政策，对民航飞机“客改货”具有一定的参考价值。Civilian aircraft is an important force of the air military transportation. Implementing the defense requirements during civilian aircraft refitting into cargo aircraft would be available to save military expenditure and enhance the civil aviation aircraft mobilization. The primary content, technical project and correlative policy of implementing the defense requirements in civilian aircraft refitting into cargo aircraft were expounded and offered a certain valuable references.
