摘　　要：着眼未来战争特点，空中投送能力已成为衡量军队战斗力的重要指标，制订科学合理的战役部队航空输送总方案，是战役条件下组织多支部队顺利实施航空输送的有效保证。结合战役部队航空输送总方案的特点，建立战役部队航空输送总方案编制优化模型，并进行案例分析。Looking forward to the future war characteristic, the strategic ability of air transportation has already been an important standard to measure the fighting capacity, and delivering campaign troops from strategic backside into strategic forward by plane will be an important subject of Chinese army＇s logistical modernization. Making scientific and reasonable operating campaign troops air transportation plan is the available guarantee of campaign troops air transportation. This dissertation analyzed the characteristic of operate campaign troops air transportation plan, established the organizing optimization model of operate campaign troops air transportation plan and made the instance analyzing.
