收获期对啤酒大麦品质及主要经济性状的影响

摘　　要：在民乐县海拔2 003 m的三堡镇陈庄村,以甘啤6号、玛俐和伯乐3个啤酒大麦品种为试验材料,研究了不同收获时期对啤酒大麦品质、经济性状及收获指数的影响。结果表明,收获期对啤酒大麦的品质有明显的影响,适时收获可提高千粒重、发芽率,降低蛋白质含量。在该试区条件下,啤酒大麦甘啤6号的最佳收获期为8月20日,玛俐和伯乐的最佳收获期为8月15日。The effect of different harvest seasons on quality、 yield component and harvest index of malting barley was conducted in altitude is 2 003 m of Minle County of Gansu,we use Ganpi 6th,Marie and Balanar as test material,respectively.The results showed that the harvest season has a significant impact on the quality of malting barley,timely harvest not only increase grain weight and germination rate,but also decrease protein content,the optimal harvest time for barley Ganpi 6 was August 20,Marie and Balanar was August 15.
