摘　　要：目的分析蝰蛇咬伤治疗期间患者肾功能指标的变化情况。方法对近10年来我院收住院治疗的219例蝰蛇咬伤患者的临床资料进行收集整理,将符合本文动态观察要求的28例患者的资料进行分析。结果 28例患者的3项肾功能指标在第2、3次检测时均为快速上升,在第3次检测时均值达到高峰,第4次检测时均开始下降,到第6、7次检测时均基本降至正常水平。结论蝰蛇咬伤患者治疗期间肾功能损害呈动态变化,且3项肾功能指标均值升高和降低均有较好的相关性。Objective To analyses the change conditions for renal function indexes of patients during treatment of viper bite. Methods The all tested data were arranged for the viper bite patients at our hospital for hospitalized treatments of viper bite in recent 10 years. 28 cases of conformed requisition for the dynamic observation were picked out in this article. Their 3 item renal function indexes were made to statistical analysis. Results The 3 i- tem renal function indexes all rapidly rise when in second and third determination. The mean values reach the high peak~ when in third determination. The mean values initial decrease when in fourth determination and basically drop to the normal level when in sixth and seventh determination. Conclusions The damages of the renal function dis- play the dynamic change for patients during treatment of viper bite. Moreover, the mean values of 3 item renal func- tion indexes have all better relevance when to raise and to reduce.
