摘　　要：分析了在鄱阳湖生态经济区建设背景下,图书馆创新人才培养的必要性,阐述了创新人才培养的基本原则,提出了创新人才培养的思路。This paper makes analysis on the necessity of the innovation-oriented librarians’ training from the perspective of Eco-economic region of Poyang Lake,elaborates on the basic principles of innovation-oriented librarian’s training,and finally brings forward the new thoughts on innovation-oriented librarian’s training.
