摘　　要：本文通过分析我国大地天文测量的现状和美国对 GPS的政策 ,提出了智能测时仪的研制要求 ;阐述了智能测时仪通过计算机控制石英钟计时并融合短波时号与 GPS/GL ONASS全球定位系统时频信号完成收时的工作原理和研制方法及大地天文测量信息处理系统的软件设计。The status quo of geodetic astronomy in China and the GPS policy of USA are analyzed firstly.And then the demands for the intelligent timer development are given.The work principle of the timer and the software design for processing the observation data are also described.
