摘　　要：我国地域辽阔,各地区技术水平和自然条件有很大差异,各省应制定适用于本地区的公路工程标准。为结合吉林省气候、地质特点,根据当地公路工程技术水平发展情况,建立适合吉林省公路工程建设的公路工程标准体系,通过了解国内外公路工程标准化发展现状,分析吉林省对公路工程标准的需求,以交通运输部现行标准和规范为依托,以"紧密结合公路工程建设和管理发展方向,积极吸收相关科研成果"为指导思想,构建了吉林省地方公路工程标准体系,并提出了标准化发展建议。China is a vast country with diversiform climate type and difference technique level, the provinces should establish their own construction standards of highway which apply to the local condition. The object of this paper is to set up highway engineering standard system which suitable for Jilin Province combined with climate characteristics, engineering geology and highway engineering technical level of Jilin Province. The paper has an insight into current situation of highway standardized project at home and abroad. By analyzing the need of Jilin, relying on current standards and regulations of the ministry of transport, the paper establishes the ＇Highway Engineering Standards Frame System of Jilin Province＇ with the thought of ＇closely integrating with developing direction of highway construction and management, on the base of related theoretical accomplish- ment＇, and puts forward rational suggestions.
