摘　　要：为了提高质量流量的测量精度,设计了一种差压式旋进漩涡质量流量计,重点分析了整体设计框图、信号处理表头硬件设计和信号处理表头软件设计上的质量流量的计算算法,并在音速喷嘴法气体流量标准装置上测试,测试结果证明该流量计精度等级达到了1.5级。In order to improve the measurement precision of quality of mass flow, a differential pressure type of swirlmeter mass flowmeter is designed. The overall design diagram, hardware design and software design of mass flow＇s calculation algorithm are analyzed in detail. This flowmeters are tested on the sonic nozzlethe gas flow device, and test results have proved that the flowmeter＇s precision level reach 1.5 class.
