摘　　要：成立掘进机械分会是必须的；行业规模和市场前景；目前行业存在的主要问题；On July 26, 2012, Conference on the establishment of Tunneling Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Association and China Tunneling Machinery Development Forum was held in Shanghai, which means that tunneling machinery, an emerging industry, will be listed in the standard management. Since that, the tunneling machinery industry in China has its own industrial association and also turned over a new page in its development history. At the conference, Yu Ju was elected as President of Tunneling Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Association, Song Zhenhua served as Secretary-General. It also elected five enterprises including the Shanghai Rail Engineering & Rail Transit Design and Research Institute, China Railway Tunneling Equipment Co., Ltd., Northern Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd., Machinery Manufacturing Branch of Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Railway Construction Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. as the vice-president units and more than 30 enterprises including Qinhuangdao Tianye Tolian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. and Tianhe Mechanical Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as the governing units.
