摘  要:混合式步进电机具有转子分段、结构轴向不对称的特点。在Maxwell 3D下建立了二相混合式步进电机的仿真模型,计算得到了二相混合式步进电机的磁场分布与定、转子齿槽相对位置之间的关系,比较了矩角特性曲线的解析结果和有限元结果,肯定了有限元计算结果的正确性和精确性,并进一步定量分析了绕组电感随着绕组电流的增大而减小、随转子位置的非正弦变化的规律。研究结果可以为二相混合式步进电机的控制系统设计和电机优化设计提供理论基础。Hybrid stepping motor with rotor segment, axially asymmetric characteristic structure. Two- phase hybrid stepping motor simulation mode was established in the Maxwell 3D. The relationship be- tween the magnetic field distribution of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor and the alveolar relative po- sition was calculated. The torque angle characteristic cal'culated by the analitieal method and the finite element method was compared. Confirmed the results of finite element calculation accuracy and preci- sion, and further quantitative analysis of the winding inductance with the winding current increase and decreases, with the rotor position of non sinusoidal variation. The result of the research can provide a theoretical basis for the designing of the two-phase hybrid stepping motor control system and the motor's optimal designing.
