摘　　要：通过气机升降理论阐述寤寐的生理和病理机制,提出升降出入异常是失眠症病理变化的基础。气机变化失衡导致了失眠症的病症特点存在着一定的差别,因此,临证时应当加强对气机升降出入调节的重视,这样才能协调诸脏腑,复归"昼精夜瞑"的平衡生理状态。Through gas engine liftng-lowering and out-in theory to explain the physiological and pathological mechanism of sleeping and awakening, we had presented that abnormal lifting-lowering and out-in was the patho- logical change foundation of insomnia. Imbalance gas engine change resulted in different symptoms characteristic changes of insomnia accordingly. It should be strengthened on the gas lifting and adjusting value in clinical evi- dence, so as to coordinate the various organs and return ＂Zhou Jing and Ye Ming＂balanee physiological state.
