泻肺逐饮汤对恶性胸水大鼠胸水及胸膜组织中TGF-β_1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察泻肺逐饮汤对恶性胸水大鼠胸水及胸膜组织中转化生长因子(TGF)-β1的影响。方法将100只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、中药组、力尔凡组、联合用药组。除正常组外,其余各组制备恶性胸水模型,分别给予相应的药物灌胃,造模第8日后取材,免疫组织化学染色法检测大鼠胸水和胸膜组织中TGF-β1的表达。结果模型组大鼠胸水中TGF-β1含量高于各治疗组,与中药组、力尔凡组及联合用药组比较差异显著;力尔凡组、中药组与联合用药组比较无显著差异。模型组大鼠胸膜组织中TGF-β1含量高于各治疗组;中药组含量低于力尔凡组;联合用药含量明显低于中药组和力尔凡组。结论泻肺逐饮汤可以降低恶性胸水大鼠胸水和胸膜组织中TGF-β1的表达。Objective： To observe the effect of Xiefeizhuyin Decoction on TGF-β1 in pleural effusion and pleura of rats with malignant pleural effusion. Methods： 100 Wistar rats were divided randomly into the normal group, the model group,the Xiefeizhuyin Decoction group,the Lifein group and the combination group. After model es- tablishment and gastric perfusion for 8 days,expressions of TGF-β1 were detected by immunochemistry staining method in pleural effusion and pleura of rats with malignant pleural effusion. Results： In the pleural effusion,the TGF-β1 content in the pleural effusion of model group was higher than that of the other groups. There were no statistical differences about this index among the Xiefeizhuyin Decoction group,the Lifein group and the combina- tion group. In the pleura,the TGF-β1 level in the Xiefeizhuyi Decoction group was less significantly than that in the Lifein group. Also, this concentration in the combination group was lower than that in the Xiefeizhuyin Decoc- tion group and the Lifein group. Conclusion： Xiefeizhuyin Decoction can decreased the TGF-β1 expression in the pleural effusion and pleura of rats with malignant pleural effusion.
