摘　　要：综合料场2台新装电子皮带秤出现了不同程度的零点漂移现象,文章分析了造成皮带秤数据失准的因素,除设备本身质量、精度等因素之外,安装尺寸是否符合要求也是一个重要的决定因素,同时,针对不同故障原因采取了相应的解决办法。There are zero drift of different degrees with the two new electro belt scales in the comprehensive material field. In the paper, the factors causing data misalignment of belt scales are analyzed, except the quality and precision of the device itself,whether the installation size is in accordance with the requirements is also an important determinant. Moreover, the relative solutions are proposed.
