摘　　要：文章详细叙述了包钢炼钢厂在现有工艺条件下生产耐湿硫化氢腐蚀换热器用钢种的难点,并针对难点制定相应措施,最终生产出质量合格的无缝管管坯。经表面检验和内部硫印、热酸检验证明,铸坯表面质量良好,硫印0、1级比率100%。In this paper, the difficulties for manufacturing steels used for the heat exchanger resistant to hydrogen sul- fide corrosion and moisture with the existing process conditions in Steel 2 melting Plant of Baotou Steel are elaborated as well as the relative solutions are established so as to manufacture the tube blanks of seamless tubes with qualified qualities. The surface inspection,internal sulfur print and hot acid test prove that the surface quality of tube blmaks is good and the ra- tio of O. 1 grade sulfur print is 100%.
