摘　　要：文章针对1Cr5Mo钢种合金含量高及有害元素要求低的特点,在转炉炼钢、炉外精炼、连铸生产过程中采取相应的工艺措施,包括:控制转炉入炉铁水中w[S]≤0.03%、提高转炉出钢温度至1 670℃左右、控制转炉下渣量、延长LF炉精炼时间以及连铸低拉速浇注等,生产出质量合格的连铸坯。硫印及热酸检验结果表明:铸坯内部质量良好,由铸坯轧制成的无缝钢管力学性能也满足石油裂化管标准要求。In the paper, aim at the characteristics of high content of alloy and low requirements of harmful elements for the 1 CrSMo steels, such relative technological measures in the process of steel making with converters, secondary refining and continuous casting as control w[ S] in the hot metal to not more than 0.03% ,increase the tapping temperature in con- verters to about 1 670 ℃, control the slag amount in converters as well as lengthen the refining time in LF and pour with low casting speed in continuous casting are introduced to manufacture casting billet with qualified qualities. The results of sulfur print and hot acid tests indicate that the internal quality of casting billets is good and the mechanical properties of seamless steel tubes rolled by casting billets could satisfy the requirements for standards of oil cracking pipes.
