Brazil is becoming a new focus occupied by the automobile manufacturers around the world. In order to support Chinese automotive brands to enter Brazil automotive market smoothly, this article introduces Brazilian auto products management system, technical regulation system, access regulations and dynamic changes of the latest regulation. Clarify the developing thoughts in helping auto enterprises in donestic in product certification, determine export strategy in selecting the vehicle model to suit with tile Brazilian market characteristic and meet the requirements of regulation, shorten certification time limit and improve certification success rate.
