摘　　要：中国投资银行为中国金融市场发展、产业结构调整以及企业各类融资作出了巨大贡献。然而从产业的视角看,中国投行业在战略定位、业务流程上存在瓶颈。分析了投资银行业的瓶颈及其发展对策。China Investment Banks have made great contribution to the development of Chinese financial market ,industrial restructuring and corporate financing.However,according to the industry perspective,the Chinese investment banks are encountering bottlenecks in strategic positioning and business process. This article analyzes the bottlenecks in the investment banking industry and its development strategies
