区域圈层要素一体化配置研究——对成都市“三圈一体”战略的思考

摘　　要：首先利用成都市三个圈层各区市县土地面积、人口密度和地区生产总值等相关数据,对成都市圈层经济结构特点进行分析和总结,研究表明成都市有三个圈层,分别具有不同的经济、产业结构和人口特征。然后对成都市三个圈层生产要素流动的现状进行研究,指出成都市三个圈层生产要素流动的两大主要问题。接着研究了国内外几大都市圈的特点与要素一体化配置的规律,得出对成都市的启示和可以借鉴的经验。最后对成都市三圈一体进程中的要素一体化配置提出了相关建议。This article analyses and summarizes the characteristics of the structure of circle economy of Chengdu, using data including land area, gross domestic product and population density in districts, cities at county level and counties of three circles in Chengdu.The study shows that there are three circles in Chengdu, and each has different characteristics in economy, industry structure and population.This article then studies the current situation of the flow of production elements of Chengdus three circles, and presents two major issues in the flow of production elements in Chengdus three circles.In addition, this article studies the characteristics of several circles of metropolises at home and abroad, summarizes the common rules of the integrated allocation of production elements within regional circle of metropolises and presents some experiences that Chengdu can benefit from.Finally,this article puts forward some suggestions to the allocation of production elements in the process of Three-circle Integration of Chengdu.
