社会主义新农村建设评价指标体系研究——绵阳市刘家镇桃子园村实证分析

摘　　要：从社会主义新农村建设的基本要求与总目标出发,结合现有评价指标体系,在广泛征求专家意见的基础上,完善了包括粮食商品率、农村恩格尔系数等21项指标的评价指标体系,并运用这一指标体系对绵阳市刘家镇桃子园村社会主义新农村建设的程度进行了实证,验证了该评价指标体系的可行性、可操作性与实用性,能为社会主义新农村建设评价,尤其是西部社会主义新农村建设评价提供借鉴。Based on the basic requirements and overall target of new socialist countryside construction, and the existing evaluation index system, as well as the wide solicitation of expert advices, an index system including 21 indices was improved, and then adopted to evaluate the construction of new socialist countryside construction in Taoziyuan Village, Liujia Town, Mianyang City. The feasibility, practicality and feasibility of this index system were verified, providing references for evaluating the new socialist countryside construction, especially in vast West China areas.
