摘 要:目的研究马鞭草中熊果酸的制备技术,并建立其含量测定的方法。方法采用"醇提凝析法"提取分离熊果酸,用HPLC法建立其含量测定的方法。结果样品纯度达99.8%,经理化常数测定和光谱学鉴定,确证样品为熊果酸。HPLC法测定含量时,熊果酸在4.6~23.0μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.82%(RSD为0.75%)。结论本制备技术先进合理,实用可行,有利于工业化生产。HPLC法测定熊果酸含量的方法准确可靠。Purpose To study the extraction technology of ursolie acid from Verbena and establish the method of determining its content. Methods The method of ethanol extraction and agglutination separation was adopted from extracting ursolic acid. The content of ursolic acid in sample is determined by HPLC. Results The purification of ursolic acid is 99.8%. The physieochemieal constants and spectroscopy con- firmed the product of ursolic acid. When determining its content by HPLC, a good linearity can be ob- tained in the range of 4.6-23.0 μg ( r = 0. 999 9) for ursolic acid . The average recovery of ursolic acid is 99.82% with RSD of 0.75%. Conclusion This preparation teehuique is advanced, rational, practical, feasible, and applicable to industrial production. The determination method is accurate and reliable.
