摘 要:使用多电架构将会使飞行器减少对环境的影响和提高可靠性,同时降低维修成本。因此,航空工业、政府机构和研究所已经把注意力放在功率电传或多电架构上,用电来控制飞机飞行面。针对小型飞机起落架全电控制需求,提出了一种双冗余收放控制器设计方案。该控制器采用DSP为控制核心,能够实现电机四象限运行控制,负载能力达到600Kg,且该系统具有过流保护功能。实验结果表明,该控制器具有很好的速度控制效果,并能准确完成起落架上锁,适用于小功率起落架控制应用场合。Employing ' More Electric' architectures for the aircraft may lead to more beneficial environmental impacts and improve relia-bility as well as reduce maintenance cost for airline operators. Therefore, the aircraft industry, governmental organizations and research in- stitutes have focused their attention towards "power-by-wire" or "More Electric" architectures in which electrical power moves aircraft flight surfaces. Take account of the requirement of all electric control for small aircraft landing gear,a design scheme of dual-redundant controller is provided. Based on digital signal processor (DSP) chips,the controller can drive the motor in four quadrant,with the largest load capacity of 600Kg ,and the system has the ability of over-current protection. The experiment results indiicate that,the controller has good constant speed controlling effect,and can accurately lock the landing gear, which is competent to be used in the situation of low power landing gear control.
