摘　　要：1951—1952年,根据毛泽东和中共中央指示,江苏地区普遍开展了一次以反贪污、反浪费和反官僚主义为主要内容的"三反"运动。这一运动经历了四个阶段,即发动、"打虎"、追赃定案和思想建设阶段。运动初步达到预期目的,惩治了干部中存在的腐败现象,但同时也存在一些问题。In the years of 1951 and 1952, Jiangsu area initiated the Three-Antis Movement, namely, anti- corruption, anti-waste and anti-bureaueratism, in accordance with instructions from Mao Zedong and the CPC Central Committee. The movement was divided into four stages： launching, ＂beating tiger＂ , ordering the return of stolen money of goods and deciding on a verdict, and mentality construction. This movement achieved the expected results, but at the same time concealed some problems.
