盐酸奥洛他定联合环孢霉素A滴眼液治疗春季角结膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸奥洛他定联合环孢霉素A滴眼液治疗春季角结膜炎(VKC)的疗效。方法 VKC144例(288只眼),分为A、B两组,每组72例,A组采用0.1%盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液联合0.1%环孢霉素A滴眼液点眼;B组单纯使用0.1%盐酸奥洛他定滴眼液每日2次点眼,1个月后观察并记录疗效及不良反应,治疗效果分为显效、有效、无效3类。结果 A组显效率为61.1%,有效率31.9%,总有效率为93.1%;明显高于对照组,总有效率具有统计学显著差异性(P<0.001);不良反应A组6例,B组2例,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论盐酸奥洛他定联合环孢霉素A滴眼液能提高VKC的有效率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of eye drops of 0.1% plopatadine hydrechlfide （ patanol ） and 0. 1% ciclosporln A for treating vernal keratoconjunetivitis（VKC）. Methods 144 cases（288 eyes） of VKC were divided into two groups, for each group 72 cases （ 144 eyes）. We observed the symtoms and signs of the patients after the treatment of 0.1% plopatadine hydrechlfide and 0.1% eielosporin A in.group A, and 0.1% plopatadine hydrochlrlde in group B. Following 1 months, the therapeutic and adverse effects were recordered. The therapeutic effect was classified into curing, improving and ineffective. Results The curing and improving rate in group A was higher than B group in statistic difference （ P 〈0. 001 ）. The adverse effect happened for 6 cases in group A and 2 cases in group B, without statistic difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion It is helpful to rise the clinical effect of treating VKC using eye drops of 0.1% plopatadine hydrochtride and 0. 1% cicloeporin A.
