摘　　要：构建中小企业分布式竞争情报系统的基本框架,包括分布式竞争情报系统组织网络、信息网络、人际情报网络。组织网络部分设计了中小企业竞争情报系统协调指挥中心及组织网络人员职责;信息网络部分构建中小企业分布式信息网络平台逻辑结构。人际情报网络部分划分了中小企业人际情报网络节点,提出了构建流程。This paper build the basic framework of SMEs distributed competitive intelligence system, including organization network, information network, human intelligence network of SMEs of distributed the competitive intelligence sys- tem. Organization network of SMEs distributed competitive intelligence system managed by competitive intelligence system command center of SMEs. The paper also design information network platform of competitive intelli- gence system of SMEs. At last, the paper divided the human intelligence network of SMEs and put forward to build process.
