摘　　要：分析了分类号简化要求的起因,回顾了《中图法》的发展历史,认为《中图法》功能不可以弱化,分析原因,并指出《中图法》可局部"瘦身",各图书馆可根据自身情况局部简化。Analyzing the reasons of predigesting the classification codes, looking back the developing history of the Library Classification, thinking that the Library Classification should not be weaken, analyzing the reasons, and giving that the Library Classification may be shorten basing on need.
