摘　　要：在研究生分子生物学实验教学改革中,结合我校多学科交叉的教学实践,就确立新的教学内容,精编实验指导教材,改进教学方法,建立成绩评价体系和高素质师资队伍建设等方面进行了探索性研究,构建了多学科兼容的研究生分子生物学创新实验教学体系。In the reform of the Molecular Biology course for postgraduates, and in view of the experience of teaching practice in interdisciplinary courses, some exploratory researches have been performed including defining the new teaching content, carefully compiling the guidance materials, improving the teaching method, establishing the performance evaluation system and constructing a group of high-quality teachers in order to construct the creative experimental teaching system of Molecular Biology course for postgraduates, which is multidisciplinary compatible.
