边界层风洞多功能流场模拟装置的研制

摘　　要：为了在边界层风洞中快速、准确地模拟流场,研制了一套多功能试验装置。根据浙江大学ZD-1边界层风洞的结构特点,并借鉴了国内其他风洞实验室的被动模拟装置,设计了具有双重无级调节机构的多功能尖劈隔栅组合装置,采用组合式钢结构完成了试验装置的制作并用于流场调试。调试结果表明,应用该装置可以在数天内精确调试出符合规范标准的各类指数型大气边界层流场,节约了大量的人力物力,为开展风工程研究奠定了坚实的基础。In order to quickly and accurately simulate the flow field in boundary layer wind tunnel,a multi-functional test equipment is developed.According to the structural characteristics of ZD-1 boundary layer wind tunnel of Zhejiang University,and learning from the passive simulation device of other wind tunnels in China,a multi-functional wedge and grille combination device with dual stepless adjusting mechanism is designed,and the testing equipment is produced by using modular steel structure which is used to simulate flow fields.Commissioning results demonstrate that the device can accurately simulate various standard exponential atmospheric boundary layer flow fields within a few days,saving a lot of manpower and resources,laying a solid foundation for carrying out wind engineering research.
