摘　　要：近年来,我国高校理论教育得到了长足发展,各个学科都取得很大的进步。与此同时,作为高校教育基础的实验室教育发展却遭遇瓶颈。GLP作为一项成熟有效的实验室管理体系,目前已从药品领域,已拓展到农药、化妆品和化学品等新领域。本文在分析GLP核心原则的基础上提出将GLP管理原则运用于高校化工实验室建设,通过控制实验室人员配置、仪器设备管理和档案管理三个要素,实现建设高水平实验室的目的。Great progress has been made in university education,but there appear a lot of problems in laboratory management.GLP is an efficient management system.This paper proposes that the management principle of GLP be applied to university chemistry laboratory management to realize the construction of first class laboratory by the pursuit of laboratory human resources management,equipment management and records management.
