摘　　要：实践中司法鉴定的委托人不仅需要鉴定人提供鉴定意见,还需要鉴定人就与鉴定有关的其他问题进行释明。因属创新性使用,就释明的内容、释明的性质、释明的依据、释明的界限和方式等进行界定,并针对我国的鉴定人释明的现状提出建议。In practice, clients asking for forensic appraisal need not only the opinions of forensic appraisers, but also the interpretation of forensic appraisers on some issues in forensic appraisal. This article defines the content, the characteristics, the basis, the limit and the manner of the interpretation, and puts forward suggestions to improve the present situation of interpretation by forensic appraisers.
